Question

With reference to the government’s target of 53,500 ‘new social and community homes by 2044’— Will the Minister advise (a) as at 31 July 2025, how many of the following are in construction or under contract to be delivered across Queensland (i) social housing, (ii) community housing and (iii) other 'affordable housing' (specifying type of stock and how rent is determined) and (b) how many of the homes listed in response to (a) are expected to be completed (i) in the 2025-26 FY, (ii) in the 2026-27 FY, (iii) in the 2027- 28 FY, (iv) in the 2028-29 and (v) after July 2029?
