With reference to the announcement of the government on 30 July 2025 of a new model code to unlock church- and charity-owned land— Will the Deputy Premier advise: (a) which of Queensland’s 77 local governments have adopted the model code, either in full or with local refinements, and the total number that have done so and (b) of those local governments that have adopted the model code, how many used the streamlined planning scheme amendment process under section 18 of the Planning Act 2016?
