With reference to PDA Guideline 16 – Housing and the commitment of the former Labor Government to update this guideline so it aligned with the affordable housing provisions introduced through the Economic Development Queensland and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2024 and the Economic Development (Affordable Housing) Amendment Regulation 2024— Will the Deputy Premier advise (a) whether the Crisafulli Government intends to amend PDA Guideline 16 – Housing to outline the methods for establishing housing affordability and housing diversity in existing PDA Development Schemes, (b) if so, when (year and month) the amended PDA Guideline 16 – Housing is expected to be released and (c) whether the amended guideline will be subject to public consultation?
