2022 Queensland Housing Summit

Question

With reference to a statewide audit of surplus government land undertaken by the former Labor Government following the 2022 Queensland Housing Summit which identified 27 larger sites for detailed investigation by Economic Development Queensland (EDQ) and a further 419 smaller sites with potential for housing— Will the Deputy Premier advise (a) for the 27 larger sites, how many have been fully investigated, how many are currently under investigation, and how many have not yet commenced investigation, (b) for the 419 smaller sites, how many have been assessed as suitable for housing, how many are still being assessed and how many have been ruled out and (c) what infrastructure funding or other government funding has been allocated in the 25–26 Queensland Budget to enable development on any of these sites, including the amount and the sites to which it applies?
