Will the Minister advise as at 1 November 2024 and 1 November 2025 (or closest reportable dates) (reported separately by Housing Service Centre Region) (a) the number of uninhabitable dwellings in the portfolio, (b) the longest period a dwelling has been considered uninhabitable and (c) medium time dwellings are considered uninhabitable?
