QUESTION With reference to hospitals declaring 'Code Yellow'— Will the Minister provide the number of 'Code Yellow' instances from 1 November 2024 to date, reported separately, in table format where the Y-axis consists of Health Service, including each individual hospital, and the X-axis includes (a) the number of code yellows and (b) number of beds impacted by the code yellows or equivalent? ANSWER Hospital and Health Services are not required to report a Code Yellow to the Department of Health, so the number of Code Yellows reported is not accurately known.
