Question

With reference to the Red-Tape Reduction Plan 2025-28, and the initiative to ‘provide clear guidance and access to artificial intelligence platforms to simplify routine tasks for teachers’— Will the Minister advise (a) what artificial intelligence platforms are currently approved by the Department of Education for use by departmental employees (and/or approved by the Department of Customer Services, Open Data and Small and Family Business for use by the Department of Education) (reported separately by platform name and function), (b) were Foundational Artificial Intelligence Risk Assessments (FAIRA) conducted prior to approval of these platforms for use and (c) what, if any, artificial intelligence platforms have been prohibited for use based on the outcome of a FAIRA or other ethical framework assessment (reported separately by platform name and function)?
