With reference to the Red-Tape Reduction Plan 2025-28— Will the Minister advise, for all initiatives contained within the plan (a) what methodology will be used to assess the actual total percentage of red-tape reduction and (b) by how much (in percentage form) will each initiative reduce red-tape?
