Question

With reference to the Visy Glass site in South Brisbane— Will the Deputy Premier advise (a) whether the government will sell the state-owned land at the site to developers, or retain ownership and enter into lease agreements akin to the South Bank precinct, (b) whether Community Housing Providers have been or will be invited to submit proposals for residential development, (c) if the government has undertaken any assessment of the nature of the contamination of the land and (d) what plans are for remediation of the land?
