With reference to answer to Question on Notice No. 1156 of 2025, which confirmed that the property located on the corner of Bridge Street and Sandgate Road will be developed into social housing— Will the Minister advise (a) what is the proposed housing mix (i.e. social, social and affordable) and level of density on the site, (b) when is the site intended to be developed and (c) what consultation will occur with the local community?
