With reference to answer to Estimates Pre-Hearing Question on Notice No. 5-2025, and specifically the answer that the Red-Tape Reduction Plan (the Reduction Plan) was scheduled for release in Term 3 2025— Will the Minister advise (a) what advice or reasoning informed the original answer to the Education, Arts and Communities Committee regarding the scheduled release timeline for the Reduction Plan and (b) what caused the release of the Reduction Plan to be delayed from Term 3, 2025 to almost halfway through Term 4, 2025?
