With reference to the First Five Forever literacy programs at Brisbane City Council libraries— Will the Minister advise (a) how much State Government funding was allocated for First Five Forever sessions at Brisbane City Council libraries from 2023-24 to 2025-26 (inclusive) (reported separately by financial year), (b) how much funding has Brisbane City Council requested in order to restore sessions that were cut in late 2024 and (c) how much is the figure at (b), represented as a proportion of the department’s total expenditure for the 2025-26 financial year?
