With reference to the victims data published on the Queensland Police Service (QPS) website— Will the Minister provide the exact method used by the QPS to calculate the rate per 100,000 for the state-wide figures to September, as highlighted at https://www.police.qld.gov.au/maps-and-statistics, and provide the source of the population figures used to calculate these rates?
