With reference to the Palm Island Rent-to-Buy Home Ownership Scheme announced by the Minister on 22 January 2025— Will the Minister advise (a) on what date were eligible Palm Island residents able to access the scheme to enter rent-to-buy agreements with the Palm Island Aboriginal Shire Council for up to 300 social homes identified for inclusion in the scheme, (b) how many Palm Island residents have entered into rent-to-buy agreements under the scheme since its announcement and (c) what is the total government expenditure on the scheme to date?
