Question

Will the Minister provide a list of (a) all Indigenous Land Use Agreements (ILUAs) currently under negotiation by the Department of Natural Resources and Mines, Manufacturing and Rural and Regional Development, identifying the relevant native title party, local government area and purpose of each negotiation and (b) all ILUAs currently under implementation, identifying for each agreement the relevant native title party, the date the agreement was registered, the area or project to which it applies, and the current stage of implementation?
