Will the Deputy Premier advise (a) which South East Queensland local governments have been identified by the Department of State Development, Infrastructure and Planning as having insufficient, outdated or inflated zoned capacity data, (b) what action the Queensland Government is taking to review, update or validate the zoning capacity data for each identified local government area and (c) how the absence of accurate and current zoning capacity data affects the Queensland Government’s ability to assess housing capacity, the performance of residential zones, and the timing of necessary adjustments to support ShapingSEQ 2023 dwelling supply targets?
