Unsealed road between Almaden to Chillagoe

Question

With reference to safety concerns regarding the 3-4km section of unsealed road between Almaden to Chillagoe, which continues to be a highly dangerous safety hazard to school children travelling on bus route P1792, and noting the Minister’s confirmation that planning to seal this section of road is expected to be completed in late 2026, and my understanding that limited funding has been supplied by TMR to currently only grade the road three times a year— Will the Minister commit to increase funding to Council to grade the road on a more regular basis until the road has been sealed?
