Will the Minister advise from December 2023 to September 2024 (inclusive) how many matters involving child defendants were (a) withdrawn or (b) dismissed prior to adjudication (reported separately by court type, by month and how many of these matters included an offence now listed in the Youth Justice Act 1992 s175A)?
