With reference to pages 25 and 26 of the Notes to the Financial Statements of the Department of the Premier and Cabinet 2024-25 Annual Report tabled in the Parliament on 26 September 2025— Will the Premier advise for line item (a) ‘Supplies and Services’ and Variance Note 4, specifically the ‘…deferral of the Early Intervention for Children (formerly putting Queensland Kids First - $5M)’, (i) when the decision was taken to defer this funding and (ii) what specific aspect or initiative of the Putting Queensland Kids First Strategy this deferral affects and (b) ‘Grants and Subsidies’ and Variance Note 5, specifically the ‘…deferral of grant funding to support the Early Intervention for Children (formerly Putting Queensland Kids First - $7.5M)’, (i) when the decision was taken to defer this funding and (ii) what specific grant, aspect or initiative of the Putting Queensland Kids First Strategy this deferral affects?
