Question

With reference to the Resilient Home Fund (RHF) which provided up to $150,000 to home owners in Southern Queensland affected by the 2021-22 flood event to permanently raise homes above flood levels, and the current availability to home owners in North Queensland of only $10,000 through the Stronger Homes Grants to raise essential services within their homes— Will the Minister implement a similar funding program of up to $150,000 to raise homes and future proof home owners continuously affected by flooding events in North Queensland?
