Will the Minister advise (a) the anticipated month and year that Inland Rail delivery through Queensland is expected to enable consideration of further planning for the Toowoomba to Brisbane passenger rail project and (b) how much funding has been allocated in the 2025–26 Queensland Budget for continued planning or corridor protection for a future passenger rail service between Toowoomba and Brisbane?
