Question

With reference to the reported $40m in federal disaster recovery funding committed for Cyclone Alfred recovery efforts on the Gold Coast— Will the Minister advise (a) the date on which the Queensland Government received the federal funding and (b) the date on which this funding was transferred to the City of Gold Coast and (c) if the funding has not yet been transferred, the reason for the delay and the expected timeframe for payment to the council?
