With reference to page 22 of the Department of Youth Justice and Victim Support 2024- 25 Annual Report and specifically the statement that ‘…early indicators show a 17% decrease in serious repeat offenders for the same period.’— Will the Minister provide the complete data source to substantiate this statement?
