Question

With reference to the time taken to finalise convicted charges- Will the Minister advise for 2024-25, based on days lapsed between the date of the first mention and date of disposition of each charge, averaged across all proven charges disposed of, the average number of days to finalise proceedings in the (a) Magistrates (Childrens) Court, (b) Childrens Court of Queensland from the date of the first mention in a Magistrates (Childrens) Court, (c) District Court from the date of first mention in a lower court and (d) Supreme Court from the date of first mention in a lower court?
