Question

With reference to the Direct Sunshine Coast Rail Line project— Will the Minister advise (a) the total amount of funding allocated in the 2025-26 Queensland Budget to support Native Title negotiations, compensation or related legal and cultural heritage process, (b) the current state of government’s consideration of Native Title extinguishment and Indigenous Land Use Agreement options in relation to the project through Beerwah East, and (c) whether consultation has commenced with First Nations people or other relevant parties regarding the Indigenous Land Use Agreement?
