With reference to Round 1 of Play On! Sports Vouchers— Will the Minister advise (in table format, reported separately by state electorate) (a) the total number of applications as at 1 October 2025 (or closest reportable date), (b) the total number of vouchers issued as at 1 October 2025 (or closest reportable date), and (c) the number of activity providers registered as at (i) 4 August 2025 (or closest reportable date) and (ii) 1 October 2025 (or closest reportable date)?
