Question

With reference to the former Miles Labor government promising a statue to be erected in Toowong, near the iconic Regatta Hotel, for the late Merle Thornton who was a trailblazer for women’s rights— Will the Premier advise whether the Crisafulli LNP Government will honour this important commitment and erect a statue, to honour Merle’s legacy for all Queenslanders, in particular young women and girls?
