With reference to recent notable increases in land valuations because of the continuing rise of costs in market water licences, and as these licences are essential for agricultural practices and represent a critical resource necessary for sustainable farming practices— Will the Minister commit to amending the Land Valuations Act 2010 to exclude water licences from future land valuations for agricultural properties and ease significant financial pressures on the industry?
