With reference to Deebing Heights State School having repeatedly called on the Department of Transport and Main Roads to fund a new supervised school crossing on Bottlebrush Drive, Deebing Heights, under the School Crossing Supervisor Scheme, and noting the increasing number of students at risk when crossing this dangerous road with the school roughly doubling in size from 350 students in 2019 to 715 students this year— Will the Minister advise why there is still no funding committed for the school to install a new supervised crossing on Bottlebrush Drive?
