With reference to Economic Development Queensland’s 19 August 2020 approval of Peet Development’s application for Stage 2–5 within the Greater Flagstone Priority Development Area (PDA) with the conditions of (1) deliver an all-weather emergency access road arrangement by the plan sealing of the 300th lot and (2) deliver the interim 2 lane sealed road along New Beith Road by the last residential sub-stage of the Stage 2-5 development (approximately at plan sealing of the 2350th lot)— Will the Deputy Premier advise why further development applications have been approved for Peet, despite part (2) of the above conditions having not been met?
