Will the Minister advise since 13 December 2024, for children aged 10-17 (inclusive) (a) how many children have been remanded in custody at each youth detention centre (including the Youth Remand Centre) and what have been the minimum, maximum and average days in custody (both for each centre and in total), for ‘Adult Crime, Adult Time’ offences compared to other offences not accompanied by an ‘Adult Crime, Adult Time’ offence, (b) how many children have been sentenced to detention orders and what have been the minimum, maximum and average length of detention orders for ‘Adult Crime, Adult Time’ offences compared to other offences not accompanied by an ‘Adult Crime, Adult Time’ offence, (c) for (a) and (b), what is the breakdown by (i) First Nations children, (ii) non-Indigenous children, (iii) Children aged 10-13, (iv) children aged 14-17 and (d) what is the equivalent data for (a), (b) and (c) for the same date range 12 months earlier?
