Question

With reference to the government's Making Queensland Safer bills introduced in 2024 and 2025 (‘Adult Crime, Adult Time’)— Will the Minister provide the following, in table format, in relation to children aged 10-17, for the periods 23 May 2024 to 16 September 2024 and 23 May 2025 to 16 September 2025 (a) how many charges have been dealt with in the following ways for Adult Crime, Adult Time offences compared to other offences (not accompanied by an ‘Adult Crime, Adult Time’ offence) - (i) Arrest, (ii) Caution, (iii) Community conference, (iv) Notice to appear, (v) Summons, (vi) Warrant and (vii) Other, (b) the breakdown for each of the above by (i) Indigenous status and (ii) Age group (10-13 and 14-17 years old)?
