Will the Minister provide quarterly figures for both youth and adult offenders (reported separately over the last five years) for (a) the number on the Serious Repeat Offender Index (SROI), (b) total Serious Repeat Offenders (SRO) declared, (c) the reoffence rate for each, (d) total offenders with a proven finalised offence and (e) whether any changes are being made to the SRO declaration threshold?
