With reference to the Mount Peter Priority Development Area (PDA), declared on 30 July 2025— Will the Deputy Premier advise estimated timeframes (to the nearest month and year) for (a) the commencement of the public notification period for the draft PDA Development Scheme and associated Development Charges and Offset Plan (DCOP) and (b) the finalisation and approval of the PDA Development Scheme and DCOP?
