With reference to Indigenous Land Use Agreements (ILUAs)— Will the Minister advise (a) how many active cases there are (to the nearest reportable date), (b) the average time for the settlement of ILUAs and (c) has any funding been allocated to Local Governments through the Department of Natural Resources and Mines, Manufacturing and Regional and Rural Development to assist them in using non-state-owned quarries?
