With reference to the Department of Education’s procedures for managing student attendance and enforcing parental obligations under the Education (General Provisions) Act 2006— Will the Minister outline how many Form 7: Failure to Participate (s.241(2)) Notices and Form 8: Failure to Participate (s.241(4)) Warning Notices have been issued for each state school within Hinchinbrook, Townsville, Mundingburra, and Thuringowa, (reported separately by school and year) for the past five years?
