With reference to the devastating flooding event in Hinchinbrook earlier this year, which resulted in widespread damage and left some residents without power for over two weeks— Will the Treasurer advise (a) what resilience funding has been allocated, (b) what planning has commenced and (c) what the expected timeline is for delivering critical flood resilience infrastructure in Hinchinbrook, specifically for the construction of a protective bund wall around the Ingham substation, to prevent a repeat of the 2025 disaster?
