Will the Minister advise whether the $130m allocated in the 2025-26 Budget to support councils to develop initiatives and infrastructure to divert waste from household red bins to green and yellow bins is new and additional investment, or reprioritised and/or redirected funds from previously announced initiatives under the former Labor Government’s $1.1b, 10-year Recycling and Jobs Fund?
