With reference to the Woolcock Street North Townsville (Mount Low to Deeragun) upgrade project and the Minister’s answer to Question on Notice No. 446 of 2025— Will the Minister explain (a) why this project no longer appears on the QTRIP report and (b) how this project can proceed in the absence of any budget allocation in the 2025–26 State Budget?
