With reference to the answer to Question on Notice No. 64 of 2025 relating to motorist safety on the Bruce Highway— Will the Minister advise: (a) in relation to part (b) of the answer, the responsibility of the department if the Council takes no action; (b) in relation to part (c) of the answer, (i) the date(s) the department referred the matter to the Council, (ii) the date(s) of any follow up by the department with the Council about the matter, (iii) the date(s) and the contents of any response(s) received about the matter from the Council; (c) in relation to part (d) of the answer, why the department has not conducted an inspection in response to the matter; (d) whether the department has sought any legal advice regarding enforcement of the department policy and/or any department liability for previous or potential future traffic incidents in relation to the matter?
