Question

With reference to serious incidents and concerns involving knives and machetes in malls around Australia— Will the Minister advise (a) if the Queensland government is going to shut down the police beat in the Brisbane CBD, and (b) have any plans to close the Brisbane CBD police beat been discussed by the Minister, the Government and/or the Queensland Police Service?
