With reference to the Minister stating that all young people in Youth Detention Centres (YDC) will attend the Education and Training Centres within the Detention Centres full time and given the required ratio of YDC staff to students attending an Education and Training Centre within a YDC— Will the Minister advise on the modelling for how many additional security staff will be employed at YDCs to meet this requirement?
