Question

Will the Deputy Premier provide a table listing all current plan-making processes - including new planning schemes, scheme amendments, Local Government Infrastructure Plans (LGIPs) and Temporary Local Planning Instruments (TLPIs) - that have exceeded the Minister’s Guidelines and Rules (MGR) timeframes, specifying for each (a) the name of the local government, (b) the type of process (e.g. new scheme, major amendment, TLPI), (c) the Department of State Development, Infrastructure and Planning reference number, (d) the current status of the process, (e) the number of days by which the process is overdue relative to the MGR timeframes and (f) the reasons for the delays in each case, whether related to local government or departmental responsibilities?
