With reference to the Southern Thornlands Priority Development Area (PDA), declared on 4 April 2025— Will the Deputy Premier advise estimated timeframes (to the nearest month and year) for (a) the commencement of the public notification period for the draft PDA Development Scheme and associated Development Charges and Offset Plan (DCOP) and (b) the finalisation and approval of the PDA Development Scheme and DCOP?
