Question

With reference to the proposed North Harbour Priority Development Area (PDA) in Burpengary East, announced by the government on 7 May 2025— Will the Deputy Premier provide estimated timeframes (to the nearest month and year) for (a) the formal declaration of the PDA, including the introduction of an Interim Land Use Plan (ILUP), (b) the commencement of the public notification period for the draft PDA Development Scheme and Development Charges and Offset Plan (DCOP) and (c) the finalisation and approval of the PDA Development Scheme and DCOP?
