Question

With reference to the conclusion of the overflow commuter car parking arrangements for Morayfield train station under the Crisafulli LNP Government— Will the Minister (a) advise how many overflow commuter car parking spaces have been lost as a result of concluding these arrangements (b) advise how the Minister’s department (including Translink and Queensland Rail) has engaged with local commuters, residents, businesses and other stakeholders about the impact on them of concluding these arrangements, (c) advise whether there is now a significant deficiency of car parking spaces available for commuters at Morayfield train station and (d) provide details of any options considered by the Minister’s department (including Translink and Queensland Rail) for (i) the temporary/short-term accommodation of commuter car parking at Morayfield train station and (ii) the permanent expansion of commuter car parking at Morayfield train station?
