With reference to appointments made under specific legislation and Governor-in-Council, for example the Electoral Commissioner, Integrity Commissioner etc— Will the Attorney-General advise if the Attorney-General commits to undertaking a full merit- based recruitment process for all Governor-in-Council positions in their portfolio, as they become vacant?
