With reference to the Valuer General releasing new land valuations across local government areas including the Tablelands, Cairns and Cassowary Coast shires— Will the Minister advise how the Minister will ensure increases to valuations on pastoral and primary production land do not financially adversely affect primary producers who wish to remain on their properties from running cost increases, including a potential rise in rates, which are directly linked to increases in land valuations?
