With reference to the 'Post and Boast' laws that came into effect in August 2024, specifically sections 69(3), 328A(1A), 335(2), 339(2) 408A(3) and 419(4) of the Criminal Code— Will the Minister advise how many offenders have been charged with these new offences since they were enacted, to the current date?
