Question

With reference to the Queensland Law Reform Commission’s review of mining objection processes, and the subsequent draft recommendations— Will the Minister advise (a) if the government will accept all draft recommendations and progress them to the Resources Cabinet Committee for implementation and (b) if the department has completed any preliminary work to begin implementation of the recommendations?
